What happens now?
All queries should be directed to our service department on 9544-1122. Available 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
When will the fitting take place?
- The salesperson has indicated on your paperwork a lead time, as soon as your blinds are out of production the service department will be in touch to arrange the fitting day.
What times are bookings made?
- Monday to Friday 7:30am – 3pm with a 3 hour window.
- Saturdays 7:30am – 1pm, 12 noon – 2pm
Please note Saturday only installations are booked out well in advance and may delay the order up to two weeks
How do I pay?
Your paperwork will indicate the payment term.
- COD = payment to the installer, on the day of installation.
- This can be done by either eftpos or bank transfer. (If bank transfer a print out of the remittance is to be provided to the installer. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH)
- Motorised Blinds: Electrician will contact and complete writing within 7 days of blinds being installed. Payment Options 1) Pay when blinds are installed 2) Pay after wiring to office via Bank Transfer or credit card over the phone.

- An invoice will be emailed after installation, payable 30 days from install date (not from end of month)
- 3 Months Terms: As per contract form.
