What happens now?

When will the fitting take place?

The salesperson has indicated on your paperwork a lead time, as soon as your blinds are out of production the service department will be in touch to arrange the fitting day.
What times are bookings made?

Monday to Friday 7:30am – 3pm with a 3 hour window.
Saturdays 7:30am – 1pm, 12 noon – 2pm
Please note Saturday only installations are booked out well in advance and may delay the order up to two weeks

How do I pay?

Your paperwork will indicate the payment term.

COD = payment to the installer, on the day of installation.
This can be done by either eftpos or bank transfer. (If bank transfer a print out of the remittance is to be provided to the installer. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH
Account
An invoice will be emailed after installation, payable 30 days from install date (not from end of month)
3 Months Terms
As per contract form.
